Lovely experience from start to finish. Car in fantastic condition and really good customer experience was thoroughly enjoyable on initial enquiry to the final handshake. No-fuss and a straight-talking peoples person with no pressure at any point. Would recommend car gallery to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Thank you car gallery, my Dad absolutely loves his car. A+++ (Little tip is the office is next to the car wash) Car was missing a parcel shelf but this was ordered swiftly for us online. Communication via telephone was very quick, car presented in a lovely fashion inside and out including the engine bay. We travelled from outside of London and all details were ironed out transparently before arrival and collection and transfer was a straight forward easy process. If you want to deal with a company that isn't full of shady fast talking salesmen you are in luck. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I very recently purchased a VW Polo for my daughter from Car Gallery. It was the easiest, most seamless experience I have had of purchasing a car (and I have bought many)Pankaj was very professional, knowledgable and most importantly completely transparent and honest. He had ALL the paperwork (service history, bills, MOT's etc )and showed all of them to us immediately before we even asked. He was so organised that we were able to pay for and pick up the car the same day ! He even called a day later to know if all was OK and if he could do anything to help. I highly recommend Car Gallery, they are a well established local business. I would certainly buy from him again.

After a few failed attempts at buying a used car, I found Car Gallery on the Auto Trader Website. I called to inquire if the car I liked was available, which it was, but the dealer (Pankaj) said the car was losing power from somewhere and he wanted to get this all fixed before I came to look. This seemed positive to me as I have no mechanical expertise & this problem could easily have been overlooked. Once fixed, upon seeing the car I was really pleased with it- Both the interior & exterior were spotlessly clean, as was the engine bay & even the spare wheel space! As per Covid rules, everything was wiped down and Pankaj wore a mask when we went for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car but asked that one tyre was checked before paying, which it was & replaced. Pankaj even delivered the car to my home after the payment app I tried to use failed, to save me having to go back the next day. In short, Pankaj was very friendly, helpful & I can't fault his service- He's a Gent!
